Science 37 has interview numerous brokerage firms and chose Lee & Associates to represent them on securing their new office location.  After looking in geographic areas stretching from El Segundo to Culver City, we secured them an off-market 32,000 square foot sublease in Playa Vista. We were able to secure the space at an extremely favorable rate, obtain six months of abated rent along with 100k+ in furniture. Lee & Associates recently represented Science 37 in relocating them to Playa Vista saving them roughly $2 million in tenant improvements.
