With a continuously increasing customer base and employee count, we knew we had to find them a space to allow for future growth. Knowing they wanted to relocate to the Westside, we were able to lease them the entire top floor of a building in "The Hub" complex in West LA. This building was perfect for them, with just over 13,000 SF of creative space.
